About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage technical processes within Broadcast Solutions
- Own Technical reporting in/out of Operations
- Work with QC to manage software releases
- Develop and maintain technical standards and training
- Provide effective leadership, management and clear direction
- Own UK test rig setup and maintenance
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering & TechOps functions
- Lead by example across Broadcast Solutions
- Contribute to commercial processes
- Drive technical knowledge sharing
- Management of the RMA process with suppliers
- Ensure adherence to technical standards, protocols, and best practices
Requirements
- Excellent depth of Replay technical knowledge
- Success in taking ownership of service delivery, projects, and processes
- Proactive approaches to problem solving, troubleshooting, service/systems improvement
- Effective leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent and highly effective communication skills
- Experience working in Broadcast environments
- Strong understanding of SDI, ST 2110 & NMOS
