Responsibilities
You will take overall product responsibility for Beats Radio
Strategic and operational development and expansion of the station
Content maintenance, structuring and quality control across all platforms
Further development of the on-air design (sound design, packaging, promotions) in collaboration with creative and production teams
Planning and execution of brand marketing activities on- and off-air
Building and maintaining a network of artists, influencers and multipliers (e.g., promoters and industry connectors)
Requirements
You understand the DNA of Beats Radio
Professional experience in product management for digital media (radio, streaming, audio) and a strong genre sensibility
Strong instinct for suitable artists — you know the scene, follow trends and can identify labels, producers and acts that fit Beats Radio
Experience using playlist tools and, ideally, music scheduling/planning software
Strong brand understanding and a good sense of target audiences
Team player with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for shaping a young brand
