About the role

  • Regional Maintenance Manager overseeing diesel maintenance operations for Miller Truck Leasing. Leading teams in shops across New England with P&L responsibility and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams of diesel technicians and service managers at assigned shops in CT, MA, and NH
  • P&L responsibility for each shop
  • Implement and manage to company processes and procedures at all shops in the region
  • Travel to shops regularly
  • Ensure safety and OSHA and DOT compliance of shops and employees
  • Manage hiring and scheduling across locations
  • Audit maintenance and repairs and monitor KPIs for each location

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of experience managing in heavy diesel truck maintenance
  • Strong organizational and customer-focused skills
  • Proficiency with computer and vehicle diagnostics
  • Willingness to travel within district (Within 100 miles), work flexible schedule, and work overtime if needed
  • Business degree or technical school certification
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Truck Leasing experience is strongly desired
