Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customer-facing and technical teams to investigate issues
  • Take ownership from initial triage through to resolution
  • Provide support and guidance to customer-facing teams

  • Build and expand the knowledge base

Requirements

  • Strong debugging skills in distributed systems
  • Experience with cloud environments and Kubernetes
  • Ability to read logs, metrics, and traces
  • Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and system interactions
