About the role

  • Technical Support & Installation Engineer specializing in installation and technical support for lift technology. Working with Syntium products and providing customer assistance across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • install, commission and configure lift monitoring and autodialler products;
  • provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and engineers via phone, e-mail and site visits;
  • assist with testing and development of new and existing products;
  • support the delivery of technical training sessions for engineers and partners;
  • ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with lift industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • previous experience as a Lift Engineer (essential)
  • strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of lift systems
  • experience with installation, commissioning or fault finding on Autodialler equipment
  • ability to work independently and within a team
  • good technical communication and problem-solving skills
  • full UK driving licence.
