Responsibilities
Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day B2B operations
Telephone and written communication with business clients
Maintain, update and document customer data in the CRM (Pipedrive)
Prepare and follow up on quotes, appointments and payments
Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing and Operations
Assist with recurring sales and marketing tasks, campaigns and reporting/analyses
Requirements
You are an enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communications, or similar)
You work in a structured, reliable manner and enjoy day-to-day operational tasks
You are comfortable with phone calls and customer contact
Initial experience with office work, CRM systems or customer communication is a plus
You are eager to learn, detail-oriented and want to develop your skills in sales
Interest in startups, B2B sales or hemp/cannabis products is an advantage
