About the role
- Recruiter enhancing talent acquisition for retail and trades sectors, focusing on skilled and managerial positions. Collaborating with teams to attract suitable candidates through diverse recruitment channels.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and acquisition of skilled and managerial personnel in retail and trades (e.g., sales associates, team leaders, floor layers, and interior decorators/upholsterers, etc.)
- Advising managers on selecting appropriate recruitment channels
- Creating and posting job advertisements
- Active sourcing and professional initial candidate outreach
- Preliminary review of applications and first contact in applicant communication
- Forwarding suitable candidate profiles to decision-makers
- Using our recruiting tool
- Conducting structured, competency-based telephone interviews
- Participation in recruiting projects
- Contributing to relevant HR processes
Requirements
- Professional experience in recruiting, preferably in retail or multi-site recruitment
- Knowledge of active sourcing and experience with digital recruitment channels
- SAP experience is desirable
- Structured, highly organized working style
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- Professional and respectful candidate communication
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for actively shaping talent acquisition
