About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for sales and clinical integration of advanced therapy systems at Hamilton Medical. Driving adoption and managing customer relations in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving the adoption and clinical integration of advanced therapy systems
  • Manage all direct sales activities and support of select Hamilton Medical products within the assigned territory
  • Perform and develop sales campaigns and initiatives to close business
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and manage changes to ensure sufficient sales pipeline
  • Manage budget and follow policies on allowed visits per day
  • Develop pipeline and manage CRM tool in accordance with metrics and objectives
  • Complete sales activity reports and contribute to maximizing sales productivity

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience within the Respiratory Care market is preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience is preferred
  • Solid understanding of both capital and consumable sales processes is preferred
  • Experience with clinical ventilation market is preferred
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, and written)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
