About the role

  • Head of Account Management for Axians managing a team focused on digital transformation and strategic customer relationships. Responsible for client satisfaction and budget management.

Responsibilities

  • Direct managerial responsibility for four Account Management team members
  • Coaching, performance evaluations, employee development and HR reporting
  • Regular collaboration with business lines and competence centers to continuously develop the service offering
  • Strategic account planning and further development of the team’s client portfolio
  • Responsible for recruiting, selection and structured onboarding of new team members
  • Establishing, maintaining and improving processes, structures and guidelines
  • Design and implementation of advisory models and consulting formats (Trusted Advisor)
  • Ensuring sustainable knowledge and competency management
  • Ensuring compliance with Axians Somnitec AG’s policies and standards
  • Direct management of a strategic existing client portfolio as the primary point of contact
  • Budget responsibility and revenue planning for own customers
  • Ensuring and measuring customer satisfaction
  • Conducting regular account and steering committee meetings

Requirements

  • Several years of senior-level leadership experience in Account Management
  • Completed HF or FH qualification with a business administration or comparable background
  • Expertise in strategic account planning and customer development
  • Experience in budget planning and revenue responsibility
  • Leadership experience including recruiting, coaching and employee development
  • Experience designing advisory and consulting formats (Trusted Advisor)
  • Strong understanding of quality, processes and organizational structures
  • Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
