About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for client portfolio development and satisfaction at Axians AG. Collaborating closely with internal teams and ensuring high service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic management and development of a defined client portfolio
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term retention (including NPS)
  • Growing existing customer business through targeted service and revenue initiatives
  • Financial responsibility for contracts, renewals, and expansions
  • Managing and resolving escalations in close collaboration with Service Delivery
  • Conducting regular business and service reviews
  • Ensuring accurate CRM and billing data and timely invoicing
  • Coordinating and tracking escalations until final resolution
  • Contract management including negotiation, renewal, and amendments
  • Supporting customer and service onboardings
  • Close collaboration with Sales, PreSales, and Service Delivery

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Account Management or IT sales (MSP environment)
  • Strong technical understanding (IT infrastructure, cloud, managed services)
  • Ability to identify customer needs and proactively implement service expansions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at executive level
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Confident handling of escalations and complex customer requirements
