About the role

  • Account Executive driving sales growth by building a strong pipeline with EMEA financial institutions. Collaborating with product management and ensuring successful onboarding and customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business and sustainable revenue growth with a focus on recurring revenue (ARR) at large financial institutions and asset managers across EMEA.
  • Building a strong sales pipeline and developing opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Ensuring high forecast accuracy through structured management and transparent maintenance in the CRM.
  • Communicating market and customer requirements to product management to help evolve the solutions.
  • Ensuring an efficient handover from sales to onboarding and account management.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally with complex, consultative solutions (Consultative Selling).
  • Confident communication at C-level and enjoyment of working with decision-makers.
  • Interest in RegTech / FinTech and enthusiasm for the financial industry and capital markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to understand and orchestrate complex decision-making structures.
  • Persuasive ability in English and at least one other European language.
