About the role

  • Senior Sales Executive at AT&T generating new sales revenue through innovative mobility solutions and customer engagement. Collaborating with clients to deliver tailored, value-added solutions through consultative selling techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales revenue by hunting and prospecting within your territory.
  • Actively hunt for new leads within your assigned territory through external networks and cold calling.
  • Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers.
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to overcome objections, identify key trends, and uncover customer needs.
  • Craft responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and present products and services that can benefit customers.
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned complex accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience, with a preference for technology-based sales.
  • Experience and knowledge in IT and advanced technology.
  • Proficiency in managing sales funnels and previous experience with CRM systems.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to meet the transportation needs of the market.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets.
