Responsibilities
Support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations as well as with strategic and operational matters
Prepare materials such as presentations, analyses, decision papers, and briefing documents
Coordinate and follow up on appointments, topics, and action items from meetings
Support project-specific tasks (e.g., research, analyses, status overviews)
Act as a liaison between the Managing Director, internal departments, and external contacts
Assist with special assignments and ad-hoc topics for executive management
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent)
Initial professional experience in an assistant, project, or coordinating role, ideally supporting executive management
Excellent organizational skills and a structured, reliable working style
Confident use of and affinity for digital and AI tools
Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
Excellent German language skills; good English skills are an advantage
Discretion, initiative, and enjoyment of varied tasks
