Responsibilities
- Support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations as well as with strategic and operational matters
- Prepare materials such as presentations, analyses, decision papers, and briefing documents
- Coordinate and follow up on appointments, topics, and action items from meetings
- Support project-specific tasks (e.g., research, analyses, status overviews)
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director, internal departments, and external contacts
- Assist with special assignments and ad-hoc topics for executive management
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent)
- Initial professional experience in an assistant, project, or coordinating role, ideally supporting executive management
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured, reliable working style
- Confident use of and affinity for digital and AI tools
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Excellent German language skills; good English skills are an advantage
- Discretion, initiative, and enjoyment of varied tasks
