Requirements
6+ years’ experience in a healthcare or medical communications agency, with progression into senior roles
Proven experience leading and developing scientific teams, including coaching and performance management
Breadth of experience across different client types, including geographical and healthcare market diversity
Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of both Prime and client business needs and the ability to identify solutions and growth opportunities
Proven experience in strategic planning and shaping communication strategies
Experience developing and presenting new business proposals and pitches
Strong experience in scientific quality control, review processes, and final sign-off accountability
Experience overseeing delivery across accounts, including resourcing, timelines, and quality outcomes
Experience working across extended teams, navigating professional, operational, and cultural boundaries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
Awareness of innovation in medical communications, including AI and omnichannel approaches
