About the role

  • Account Manager effectively sells blood management technologies across capital equipment and services to acute care surgical and critical care environments. Responsible for territory management and achieving sales goals in specified regions.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively sells capital equipment, disposables, software, and services
  • Accountable for overall territory management and achievement of sales goals
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans
  • Provide accurate and timely quarterly sales forecasts
  • Partner with cross-functional counterparts to drive technology adoption
  • Maintain existing business and resolve customer concerns
  • Keep up-to-date account data within CRM
  • Travel up to 40% depending on territory geography

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5 years Excellent sales skills in a complex environment
  • 2+ years in hospital sales
  • Experience in consultative, capital equipment, and clinical sales
