Responsibilities
Apply advanced program and project management skills and subject matter knowledge to maintain and manage the POR and milestones for progression, accuracy and up-to-date content ensuring process requirements and oversight are met.
Apply broad knowledge of the BUs across the company, their products, their processes, general business fundamentals, the services portfolios and how that’s managed to enable sound decision making.
Take ownership and leadership of the program, driving to attain annual goals and objectives.
Independently advise leadership on strategic direction.
Sufficient understanding of data structure and analysis to extract intelligence for data-informed / data-driven decision making, striving for automation where possible.
Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations / solutions to drive business improvements.
Work cross-functionally across many stakeholder organizations to drive cross-org collaboration and deliver results.
Provide subject matter consultation.
Demonstrates significant independent judgment and problem-solving skills within broadly defined policies and practices to determine the best methods for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
Works across regions/geographies and Worldwide (WW) teams and gets results through functional management.
Executes to numerous products and services through activities having complex requirements and tight time frames.

Requirements
Typically, 8+ years to establish proven track record in Service Business Management.
Basic experience in one of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting or business planning prior to taking business management role.
PMP is a plus.
Lean certification or lean process expertise is a plus.
Agile/scrum knowledge or expertise is a plus.
Mastery in English.
Medium to high knowledge of IT and services industry.
