Sales Specialist for HPE Data solutions managing corporate accounts in Eastern Europe. Establish relationships, manage sales pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for business growth.
Responsibilities
Establish proactively a strong professional relationship with key IT and business executives in corporate accounts, focusing on senior business management challenges and strategies
Build, monitor and orchestrate sales pipeline activities, as well as develop and close new HPE solution opportunities
Maintain knowledge of products, solution or service offerings to be able to sell large, complex solutions.
Contribute to the development of innovative principle, ideas, and solutions.
Maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with Customer Executives.
Manage relationships with customer accounts, and drive solution selling through the exercise of influence at all levels of the customer organization.
Increase the share of wallet, and identify new revenue and business potential.
Ensure a solution-oriented sales approach together with knowledge transfer to customers and within the account team.
Lead large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives.
May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams.
Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.
Requirements
Holding a bachelor’s degree; Advanced University or MBA preferred
Experienced for 5+ years in IT sales, preferably working with SAP consulting partners or hyperscalers
Experienced in selling ERP/RDBMS is a must, especially on SAP
Come with a portfolio of customers that are trusting you
Viewed as expert in given field by company and customer
Considered a mentor of selling strategy, including designing strategy
Ability to demonstrate achievement of progressively higher quota diversity of business customer, and higher-level customer interface
Account planning and accurate account revenue forecasting skills
High level communication, presentation and negotiation competencies
Excellent language skills in Polish and English.
