Responsibilities
Proactively create new opportunities: Identify and develop solution approaches for Swiss Enterprise customers in Retail & Manufacturing – closely aligned with the account team.
Pipeline management: Maintain your sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
Expand solutions: Formulate attractive Hybrid Cloud offerings, increase revenue through up- and cross-selling, and collaborate closely with channel partners.
Consultative engagement: Build trusted relationships up to IT management level and understand customers’ unique business needs.
Market and trend expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and bring your knowledge of products, services, and solutions to the table.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent qualification
2–4 years of experience in solution sales, ideally in Hybrid Cloud or IT services
Strong understanding of products, services, and competitive differentiators
Excellent consultative selling skills and ability to present complex solutions convincingly
Negotiation skills for profitable deals
Proficiency in Salesforce
Language skills: Fluent in German and English
