Revenue Operations Intern joining Wellhub's Global Revenue Strategy team in São Paulo. Supporting initiatives related to client onboarding, operational excellence, and project organization.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of onboarding and nurturing initiatives within the Client Success Strategy team by helping organize tasks, track timelines, update materials, and ensure follow-ups. You will help turn ideas and plans into well-structured execution support.
Work alongside team members and interact with stakeholders from Client Success, Wellbeing Engagement, Value Management, and other teams to support ongoing initiatives. You will help gather inputs, document discussions, and learn how global teams collaborate.
Help collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data related to onboarding (e.g., feedback, metrics, surveys). You will support the team in identifying patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the team in keeping the client experience at the center by helping map onboarding journeys, document risks, and organize insights from commercial and Client Success teams.
Assist in building and updating decks, documents, trackers, and internal materials used by the team. You may also help prepare updates, summaries, and best-practice documentation for internal sharing.

Requirements
Reside in São Paulo and has availability to go to the office once a week.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related fields).
Minimum one-year internship commitment required.
Interest in project organization, process improvement, and operational support, especially within Client Success or Operations environments.
Analytical mindset, with curiosity to understand data, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
Comfortable working with documentation and structured processes, helping organize information and workflows.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with willingness to learn how to present ideas and updates clearly.
Collaborative profile, able to work well with different teams and learn in a global, cross-functional environment.
Proactive and curious, with a strong willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and ask questions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with guidance.
Fluent or advanced English; Portuguese proficiency required.
