Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic thought leader for respective client groups
  • Provide consultation and thought leadership to senior leaders
  • Anticipate future organization and talent requirements
  • Design engagement and retention strategies
  • Support the leadership team through deployment of transformation
  • Establish and monitor organization and talent metrics

Requirements

  • 10 plus years of human resources experience
  • Strong technology functional background
  • BA/BS required
  • MBA / MS in Human Resources or technology highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven project leader experience in a matrixed organization
