About the role

  • Regional Strategic Account Manager driving the adoption of Guardant’s oncology solutions across health systems. Developing strategic plans, building relationships, and leading cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans across assigned health systems
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise decision-makers and influencers
  • Drive Shield adoption and scale through health system enablement
  • Identify gaps in care delivery and operational barriers to adoption
  • Lead QBRs/MBRs with defined performance metrics
  • Coordinate closely with internal Guardant teams
  • Maintain fluency in market dynamics shaping health system decisions
  • Consistently meet or exceed goals with strong CRM discipline

Requirements

  • 5+ years Account Management at C/D- Suite
  • Proven experience in strategic/enterprise account management strategy
  • Strong background in diagnostics adoption within health systems
  • Track record of enabling adoption through workflow change and/or EMR-enabled implementation
  • Executive presence, strong business acumen
  • Commitment to compliance, integrity, and collaborative team success
  • Highly organized, proactive communicator with advanced project management capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred).
