About the role

  • Regional Strategic Account Manager expanding adoption of cancer diagnostic solutions at Guardant Health. Building relationships with health systems and engaging C-suite executives to enhance implementation and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans across assigned health systems
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise decision-makers
  • Drive Shield adoption and scale through health system enablement
  • Identify gaps in care delivery and operational barriers to adoption
  • Lead QBRs/MBRs with defined performance metrics
  • Coordinate closely with internal Guardant teams
  • Maintain fluency in market dynamics shaping health system decisions
  • Consistently meet or exceed goals with strong CRM discipline

Requirements

  • 5+ years Account Management at C/D- Suite
  • Proven experience in strategic/enterprise account management strategy, navigation, and revenue adoption within complex health systems/IDNs
  • Strong background in diagnostics adoption within health systems
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Track record of enabling adoption through workflow change
  • Executive presence, strong business acumen
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • MBA preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
