Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans across assigned health systems
Build strong relationships with enterprise decision-makers
Drive Shield adoption and scale through health system enablement
Identify gaps in care delivery and operational barriers to adoption
Lead QBRs/MBRs with defined performance metrics
Coordinate closely with internal Guardant teams
Maintain fluency in market dynamics shaping health system decisions
Consistently meet or exceed goals with strong CRM discipline
Requirements
5+ years Account Management at C/D- Suite
Proven experience in strategic/enterprise account management strategy, navigation, and revenue adoption within complex health systems/IDNs
Strong background in diagnostics adoption within health systems
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives
Track record of enabling adoption through workflow change
Executive presence, strong business acumen
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
MBA preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
