About the role

  • Associate Account Executive for Guardant Health promoting the Shield colorectal cancer blood test to healthcare providers. Drive early detection of cancer and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Target and Engage Healthcare Providers: Build strong relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Challenger Selling: Engage healthcare providers to understand their needs.
  • Educate and Support Providers: Provide in-depth product knowledge and training.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Align sales strategies with clinical, marketing, and product teams.
  • Monitor Competitive Landscape: Analyze market trends and report insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a B2B field-based and customer-facing sales role.
  • Preferred: Experience selling medical or healthcare products or services.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in selling conversations.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product knowledge.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms.
