Responsibilities

  • Promote the Shield colorectal cancer blood test to healthcare providers
  • Achieve sales targets through effective prospecting and relationship-building
  • Educate and support providers in adopting the Shield test
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive execution of business plans
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends
  • Provide high-touch customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a B2B field-based and customer-facing sales role
  • Experience selling medical or healthcare products or services preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in selling conversations
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product knowledge
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms
  • Superior negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
