About the role

  • Field-based Associate Account Executive driving adoption of colorectal cancer screening technologies. Collaborating with sales leadership and healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the Shield colorectal cancer (CRC) blood test to healthcare providers
  • Achieve sales targets through effective prospecting and relationship-building
  • Educate and support providers with in-depth product knowledge and training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities within your territory and foster collaborations
  • Monitor competitive landscape and report insights to leadership
  • Provide high-touch customer service by resolving issues proactively
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and manage multiple projects effectively

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a B2B field-based and customer-facing sales role
  • Experience selling medical or healthcare products or services preferred
  • Ability to engage in selling conversations and overcome objections
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva
  • Superior negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
