Responsibilities
- Create, update, and publish new web pages, blog posts, reports, success stories, news articles, and other resource content
- Maintain website architecture and ensure content is organized, accessible, and user-friendly
- Manage content workflows and publishing schedules across multiple site sections
- Make graphics via Canva to support web content
- Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings
- Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to enhance visibility in AI-powered search results
- Conduct keyword research and manage keyword strategy across all website content
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall site performance metrics
- Partner with the content team to track and analyze keyword rankings and search visibility
- Provide data-driven recommendations for website improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience managing websites using WordPress and Webflow CMS
- Working understanding of marketing automation tools such as Hubspot or Marketo
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SE Ranking or SEMrush
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO
- Experience with hreflang implementation and international/regional SEO strategies
- Knowledge of AEO principles and optimizing for AI-powered search experiences
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills for content creation and optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
