Responsibilities
Create, update, and publish new web pages, blog posts, reports, success stories, news articles, and other resource content
Maintain website architecture and ensure content is organized, accessible, and user-friendly
Manage content workflows and publishing schedules across multiple site sections
Make graphics via Canva to support web content
Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings
Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to enhance visibility in AI-powered search results
Conduct keyword research and manage keyword strategy across all website content
Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall site performance metrics
Partner with the content team to track and analyze keyword rankings and search visibility
Provide data-driven recommendations for website improvements
Requirements
Proven experience managing websites using WordPress and Webflow CMS
Working understanding of marketing automation tools such as Hubspot or Marketo
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SE Ranking or SEMrush
Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO
Experience with hreflang implementation and international/regional SEO strategies
Knowledge of AEO principles and optimizing for AI-powered search experiences
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written communication skills for content creation and optimization
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
