About the role

  • Senior Recruiter sourcing and assessing great talent for Gartner's organization across different business units. Collaborating with hiring managers and providing guidance to junior recruiters while developing recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Business Units
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior recruiting staff
  • Understand Gartner's strategic imperatives and apply recruiting expertise to address client needs

Requirements

  • 6-10 years’ experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role
  • A consistent track-record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Determination and a focus on delivering results
