Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Alignment & Execution
  • Serve as the strategic bridge between enterprise partners and Marketing
  • Ensure clarity of ownership, decision rights, and accountability across Marketing teams
  • Oversee the development, alignment, and communication of the marketing calendar
  • Govern operational quality and consistency across campaigns, programs, and workflows
  • Drive cross-team alignment, remove roadblocks, and ensure marketing delivers predictable outcomes
  • Coach and develop leaders

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional execution in complex organizations
  • Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong EQ and ability to read org dynamics, resolve conflict, and maintain trust
