About the role

  • Marketing Manager responsible for positioning and storytelling of CORE health technology solutions. Collaborating with teams to articulate value for athletes and researchers globally.

Responsibilities

  • Own how CORE shows up in the world, including email, social, website, product accessories, etc.
  • Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and visual language across owned, earned, and partner channels.
  • Maintain a clear and cohesive brand and storytelling calendar across all CORE touchpoints.
  • Own CORE’s brand narrative at the intersection of elite sport, human performance, occupational safety and thermal science.
  • Partner closely with Product, Research, and Thermal Physiology teams to ensure scientific accuracy and integrity in all communications.
  • Lead brand-driven go-to-market storytelling for product launches and major feature releases, prioritising narrative over feature lists.
  • Coordinate CORE’s line of product accessories and manage production vendor relationships.
  • Identify cultural moments, performance narratives, and scientific breakthroughs that CORE can credibly and meaningfully participate in.
  • Support PR and earned media efforts by supplying strong athlete stories, scientific credibility, and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to ensure brand storytelling supports commercial opportunities without compromising authenticity.
  • Act as a brand steward and internal champion, educating cross-functional teams on CORE’s narrative, voice, and values.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, storytelling, or content-led marketing, ideally within endurance sport (cycling, running, triathlon), performance, health, or technology-driven brands.
  • Deep curiosity about human performance, sport science, and the cultural forces shaping modern athletic identity.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex or technical subject matter (science, data, engineering, physiology) into clear, compelling, and credible stories.
  • Strong editorial and narrative instincts, with experience shaping long-form and short-form storytelling across film, digital, social, and editorial formats.
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and comfort operating in a dynamic startup environment where the brand is still being actively shaped.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with different teams.
  • Languages: English C1, German or any language is a plus.
