About the role

  • Field Marketing Manager responsible for executing regional field marketing strategy for ThoughtSpot. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and partner teams to engage target accounts and drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional field marketing strategy aligned with global marketing objectives and sales goals
  • Plan, manage, and host regional events, including trade shows, executive roundtables, workshops, and webinars, to engage prospects and customers
  • Build and execute targeted campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth in specific territories
  • Implement ABM strategies to support high-value accounts, creating personalized programs to drive engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts, tailor messaging, and integrate account-specific campaigns into regional planning
  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, and the broader marketing team to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging
  • Collaborate with partner marketing teams to support joint initiatives with key technology alliances and channel partners
  • Monitor the performance of field campaigns, analyzing metrics such as pipeline contribution, ROI, and engagement rates
  • Provide detailed post-campaign reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights to optimize performance and outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing
  • Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable results
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams
  • Familiarity with ABM tools like Demandbase or 6sense (preferred)
  • Experience in the data analytics or enterprise technology industry (preferred)
  • A data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (preferred)
