About the role

  • Client Success Associate ensuring value delivery for Gartner clients through strategic collaboration. Researching insights and facilitating client communications to enhance engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients
  • Communicate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to prospects and clients
  • Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailored Gartner resources to drive impact
  • Facilitate prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartner’s renowned products and services
  • Understand and communicate Gartner services and capabilities to prospective clients and demonstrate value to decision makers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience
  • Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
  • Ability to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
  • Ability to be agile and flexible
  • Well defined time management and organizational skills
