About the role

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ERP and enterprise applications
- Strong track record in end-to-end ERP programs
- Experience in ERP strategy development, program assurance, and architecture definition
- Proven ability to engage and advise at the executive level (CxO)
- Background in management consulting with experience leading complex projects
- Strong understanding of vendor selection processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred
- Fluent in English and German (minimum C1)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
