About the role

  • Manage the Raxaul territory to grow customer relationships, meet sales targets, and deliver value to healthcare professionals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to plan and coordinate activity.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and other local healthcare stakeholders.
  • Create and follow a territory business plan that uses customer insights to prioritise opportunities.
  • Track and report activity and results accurately using company systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of field sales or territory management experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Right to work in India.
