Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close; selling to CFOs, Finance Directors, and Treasurers
Lead consultative discovery to uncover pain points and articulate value clearly
Understand how finance teams think, from cash flow cycles to liquidity challenges, and can speak their language with credibility
Navigate complex sales processes with multiple senior stakeholders
Leverage AI tools to identify opportunities, increase efficiency, and improve win rates
Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Product, Implementation) to deliver a seamless customer experience
Represent the DACH market internally, your insights will shape our GTM strategy
Represent Embat at client meetings and industry events, building trust and visibility in the DACH finance community
Requirements
3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with mid-market cycles, ideally in finance, ERP, or accounting-related software
Proven record of hunting and closing new business — especially in new or undefined markets
Comfortable building pipeline from scratch and working autonomously
Fluent in German, confident in English
Entrepreneurial mindset: you love ownership, learning, and fast feedback loops
Strong communicator who listens deeply and earns trust
Curious about finance and technology
