About the role

• Regional Field Manager driving operational success across multiple restaurants. Leading teams and ensuring quality standards in the vibrant food culture of Frittenwerk.

Responsibilities

• You ensure smooth and correct operations in your region and guarantee compliance with our quality standards
• You take responsibility for the costs, revenues and results (P&L) of your sites and manage them using relevant performance indicators (KPIs)
• You implement company objectives regionally and use operational insights to drive the effective development of Frittenwerk
• You lead and coach your Area Managers and restaurant managers both professionally and disciplinarily and support them with staff planning and performance reviews
• You promote constructive information exchange between the restaurants, headquarters and external partners and service providers
• You use modern reporting tools (Power BI) for analysis and report your results directly to our COO

Requirements

• You bring more than five years of solid professional and leadership experience, ideally in chain restaurants (system gastronomy), hospitality or food retail
• You have completed training in (system) gastronomy and ideally further education in business administration, e.g., as a certified specialist, business administrator or in gastronomy management
• You are an expert in KPI analysis, budget planning and process management
• You think analytically, act pragmatically and make well-founded decisions even under time pressure
• You are characterized by the ability to motivate, empathy and assertiveness and are well organized
• You are happy to travel throughout your region and are prepared to travel at least 70% of the time
