About the role

  • Renewals Senior Manager responsible for leading sales programs within Salesforce's Customer Success Group. Partnering with sales leaders to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and program management.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Success Plan Sales Leaders to drive Success Plan Programs pipeline and ACV
  • Partner with OU Sales Programs Managers to scale Success Plan Programs direct to OUs
  • Identify and recommend areas of strategic focus for the global sales teams
  • Propose, create, prioritize, execute, and report on the success of sales programs
  • Lead multiple complex and strategic projects to support revenue growth
  • Partner with the business to align on goals, challenges, and data needed to support the strategy and proactively make recommendations
  • Provide management with scope, timeline, requirements, benefits, and return on investment for each project
  • Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies
  • Represent the Success Plans team on broader cross-functional projects involving other parts of the business as needed

Requirements

  • 5 -7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Strategic Planning, Strategic Finance, Consulting, or related fields
  • Proven success in sales strategy or business operations related to business metrics, operations, and revenue growth
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role
