Responsibilities
Technical management of our existing commercial properties and participation in the implementation and inspection of construction measures
Primary on-site contact for all technical matters related to the property
Recording, coordination and supervision of maintenance and repair activities in our existing properties
Control of quality, costs and deadlines
Monitoring compliance with requirements and regulations for maintenance and various inspections, including overseeing necessary defect rectifications
Liaison with authorities, experts and contracted service providers, including their coordination and management
Organizing and conducting technical inspections of our properties and ensuring proper documentation
Annual preparation and planning of budgets for CapEx and OpEx measures, including their monitoring
Assuming owner/client responsibilities and duties related to construction projects
Requirements
Completed technical training or degree, preferably in construction and/or real estate
At least 3 years' professional experience in technical property management of commercial real estate
Good understanding of real estate business practices and contexts
Confident user of IT applications (SAP is an advantage)
Excellent command of German, spoken and written; English skills are a plus
Structured, motivated and orderly working style with a strong customer- and service-orientation
Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
