Responsibilities
- Technical management of our existing commercial properties and participation in the implementation and inspection of construction measures
- Primary on-site contact for all technical matters related to the property
- Recording, coordination and supervision of maintenance and repair activities in our existing properties
- Control of quality, costs and deadlines
- Monitoring compliance with requirements and regulations for maintenance and various inspections, including overseeing necessary defect rectifications
- Liaison with authorities, experts and contracted service providers, including their coordination and management
- Organizing and conducting technical inspections of our properties and ensuring proper documentation
- Annual preparation and planning of budgets for CapEx and OpEx measures, including their monitoring
- Assuming owner/client responsibilities and duties related to construction projects
Requirements
- Completed technical training or degree, preferably in construction and/or real estate
- At least 3 years' professional experience in technical property management of commercial real estate
- Good understanding of real estate business practices and contexts
- Confident user of IT applications (SAP is an advantage)
- Excellent command of German, spoken and written; English skills are a plus
- Structured, motivated and orderly working style with a strong customer- and service-orientation
- Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
