About the role

  • Content Creator focusing on internal social media at Grupo RBS. Engaging internal audiences through creative digital content and collaboration with internal communication teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create, publish and monitor social media content aimed at internal audiences;
  • Propose and produce various formats (text, short videos, quizzes, simple graphics) focused on engagement and suited to digital communication;
  • Track references, trends and social media best practices;
  • Perform basic image and video editing for quick-turnaround content;
  • Support the development of the platform's editorial calendar;
  • Work collaboratively with the Internal Communications team, supporting requests and initiatives across the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications or related fields;
  • Experience producing content for social media; experience with internal channels is a plus;
  • Excellent writing skills and a strong command of digital communication style;
  • Creative, with a broad content repertoire and strong trend awareness;
  • Familiarity with basic image and video editing tools;
  • Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
