About the role

  • HR Analyst responsible for processing personnel terminations and managing HR documentation at Grupo Petra. Supporting payroll and benefits management while assisting employees with inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Calculation, verification and processing of terminations (without cause, with cause, resignation, contract end, mutual agreement, among other types)
  • Issuance and verification of TRCT (Termination of Employment Contract Receipt), FGTS forms, connectivity key (FGTS), unemployment insurance documents and other termination-related documents
  • Management of legal deadlines for payments and formalizations (homologations)
  • Responding to former employees to clarify termination payments
  • Liaison with Legal for more complex termination cases
  • Organization and control of labor/employee documentation
  • Support in payroll closing and reconciliation
  • Assistance with benefits administration
  • Support in calculating vacation pay and 13th salary (year-end bonus)
  • Service to employees and managers for the area’s operational requests.
