Structure, scale and automate the data vision (short, medium and long term) for the VIC and App Delivery fronts.
Lead the design of the area’s key projects (e.g., automation of iFood data, integration of the GB POS with a partner platform).
Lead analysis and diagnostics across the three levers, correlating their results with other channel indicators (e.g., traffic, conversion, average order value).
Define, analyze and monitor the main indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective and acceleration actions, and ensuring follow-up during OKR cycles.
Conduct granular analyses (geographic, dispersion between CPs and clusters) to identify root causes and performance opportunities.
Serve as the main point of contact with the Data Science team to build dashboards and statistical models that validate strategy.
Act as the budget lead for the levers, ensuring visibility, control and trend analysis (budgeted vs. actual).
Manage stakeholder engagement, actively collaborating with multiple teams.
Prepare materials and executive presentations to communicate analyses, recommendations and scenarios clearly and concisely.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
Solid experience in Performance or Data Analysis, with a focus on transforming raw data into actionable insights.
Critical analytical ability: go beyond data extraction by identifying problems, formulating hypotheses, structuring analyses to validate them and proposing fact-based action plans.
Proactive, organized profile with excellent time management, strong ownership mindset and ability to work well in teams.
Results-oriented with the ability to make quick, data-informed decisions.

Advanced proficiency or strong knowledge of data extraction and manipulation tools (SQL) and/or visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio).
