About the role

  • Project Analyst for Grupo Boticário focusing on critical analysis, project planning, and stakeholder engagement for collection processes. Overseeing project activities and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct critical analysis to detail and plan according to new initiatives
  • Ensure the scope is clear to all project stakeholders, as well as the objectives and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and required resources
  • Monitor daily project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed and deadlines are met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present progress, status, and project update reports
  • Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation plans
  • Ensure the project meets quality standards and specified requirements
  • Allocate and monitor project resources, including the budget.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and practical experience with agile methodologies
  • Hands-on approach
  • Experience in collections portfolio management
  • Analytical skills and logical reasoning; experience building and analyzing data (desirable)
  • Technologies: GCP, SQL
  • Must reside in Curitiba or nearby areas to allow travel to Apiúna (SC) for occasional trips.
