Responsibilities

  • Billing and Accounts Receivable: Manage billing activities
  • Accounts receivable control and collection of outstanding invoices
  • Document Control: Manage internal documentation, ensuring it is up to date and compliant with established policies
  • Coordinate document filing and retrieval processes
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report administrative performance indicators
  • Conduct analyses to support decision-making
  • Supplier and Contract Management: Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring the best cost-effectiveness
  • Evaluate supplier performance

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields
  • Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of Omie is a plus
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment
