About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for managing client accounts and sales cycles in marketing agency. Collaborating on strategies and ensuring strong client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Account management, ensuring alignment and timely delivery;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle through post-sale support;
  • Deliver sales presentations and lead negotiations;
  • Prepare proposals and budgets;
  • Manage and expand the portfolio of active clients;
  • Understand campaign objectives and contribute to strategic planning;
  • Interact with clients, providing support and ensuring high-quality service;
  • Launch projects and updates in internal platforms, ensuring data integrity;
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and document organization;
  • Monitor and analyze client reports;

Requirements

  • Experience in advertising agencies or the marketing sector in sales or account executive roles
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with clients
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools and digital platforms
  • Proactive, dynamic, and comfortable working in a team.
