About the role

• Coordenador(a) de Infraestrutura de TI da Holding gerindo a infraestrutura de TI para alta disponibilidade e eficiência. Lidera a evolução para um ambiente moderno e resiliente com foco em Cloud, DevOps e Disaster Recovery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the IT infrastructure team, promoting organization, prioritization, delivery follow-up and technical development of the team;
• Serve as the focal point between infrastructure, other IT areas and business units;
• Plan capacity, continuous improvements and technological evolution of the environment;
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Backup, Wi‑Fi and network services environments;
• Ensure availability, performance and security of on‑premises and cloud environments;
• Monitor environments, handle incidents, problems and changes, ensuring adherence to SLAs;
• Administer and evolve the Microsoft Azure environment, including networking, VMs, storage, security and cost control;
• Administer Office 365 / Microsoft 365, including identity, access, security policies and collaboration;
• Support the definition of architectures for new projects and solutions;
• Structure pipelines, automations and DevOps best practices, in partnership with development and systems teams;
• Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery plans, conduct periodic tests and keep documentation updated;
• Support expansion projects and new sites, ensuring adequate infrastructure (network, connectivity, security and services);
• Participate in technical planning and execution of infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Solid experience in IT infrastructure (on‑premises and cloud);
• Advanced knowledge in:
• Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Active Directory / Azure AD
• Office 365 / Microsoft 365
• Networks (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi)
• Backup and data recovery
• Experience in people management;
• Experience managing critical environments and high availability;
• Experience structuring or operating DevOps practices;
• Experience with Disaster Recovery environments;
• Knowledge of ITIL (IT service management), IT service management best practices or information security best practices.
