About the role

  • Email & Digital Marketing Production Analyst at Growth Acceleration Partners supporting email campaign executions and digital initiatives. Collaborating with creative and technical teams to ensure compliance and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of email campaigns and other digital initiatives from intake through launch.
  • Translate marketing requirements into production-ready specifications.
  • Coordinate delivery with creative and technical teams.
  • Ensure all executions meet compliance, quality, and operational standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive QA checks, including copy/creative validation, rendering tests, link functionality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Track and manage deliverables, updates, and approvals across teams through project plans.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including email inventories, specification sheets, and approval trails.
  • Communicate status updates, risks, and blockers to project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience supporting email marketing, digital campaign production, or marketing operations.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, coders, or vendors on campaign development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization, documentation, and follow-through capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams including creative, compliance, analytics, and operations.
  • Experience supporting the end-to-end execution of email campaigns including intake, requirements documentation, asset coordination, QA, and deployment readiness.
  • Ability to translate marketing briefs into clear production requirements for creative, coding, and platform teams.
  • Strong understanding of QA workflows, compliance reviews, and approval processes.
  • Experience conducting thorough QA checks on email content, data accuracy, rendering, and links.
  • Familiarity with campaign project plans, timelines, and tracking tools.
  • Ability to maintain detailed documentation across email specifications, updates, and approval histories.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital documentation platforms (SharePoint).
