About the role

  • Responsible for managing sales team and optimizing performance at Groupe Maurin's multi-brand site in Gap, France. Leading sales strategies and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the sales team to maximize commercial performance (2 used vehicle salespeople)
  • Oversee sales operations
  • Manage the used vehicle inventory
  • Coordinate with used vehicle coordinators
  • Develop the dealership site
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Analyze market trends and adapt sales plans accordingly
  • Monitor performance indicators and recommend corrective actions when necessary
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
  • Oversee used vehicle stock management to optimize sales volume
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase product visibility
  • Conduct competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years' solid experience in used vehicle sales
  • Excellent team management and development skills
  • Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Customer relationship management and retention skills
  • Comfortable with digital tools and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities
