Manage and lead the sales team to maximize commercial performance (2 used vehicle salespeople)
Oversee sales operations
Manage the used vehicle inventory
Coordinate with used vehicle coordinators
Develop the dealership site
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
Analyze market trends and adapt sales plans accordingly
Monitor performance indicators and recommend corrective actions when necessary
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
Oversee used vehicle stock management to optimize sales volume
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase product visibility
Conduct competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years' solid experience in used vehicle sales
Excellent team management and development skills
Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques
Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
Customer relationship management and retention skills
Comfortable with digital tools and CRM software
Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
