About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager overseeing Dermatology Sales Professionals for Galderma. Driving sales strategies and ensuring compliance across the Northeast region's pharmaceutical landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Dermatology Sales Professionals
  • Plan and execute regional sales meetings
  • Analyze sales performance, market data, and trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure appropriate understanding and use of Galderma programs
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of managed care and reimbursement dynamics
  • Develop and implement customer-focused processes and workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience
  • 2+ years of progressive leadership or managerial experience in sales roles
  • Strong ability to learn and communicate complex product information
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy adjudication processes and access pathways
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. pharmaceutical marketplace
