Room preparation (network tests, Microsoft Teams, audio, video).
Live control-room support during on-site cohort presence (first-level support for sound, video, lighting).
Requirements
Proficient with the Windows client environment
Provide assistance and troubleshooting for tablets and mobile devices
Support deployments and monitor newly implemented solutions
Deliver training, both written and verbal, for all staff
Develop and update procedures
Create and manage level-1 support tickets
Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding
Manage first-level Audiovisual support (training will be provided by the site IT team)
