About the role

  • Technician supporting IT systems and user needs in both French and Portuguese. Involved in remote technical diagnosis and user assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Receive user requests (by phone, e-mail).
  • Analyze and document the user's request.
  • Perform an initial remote diagnosis.
  • Classify and resolve incidents by creating and tracking tickets to ensure their closure using our management tool.
  • Assist users with the use of their equipment and business applications.

Requirements

  • Self-taught and passionate about IT OR higher education in IT (e.g., BAC Pro SEN, BTS SIO, or DUT in Networks and Telecommunications)
  • Technical knowledge: proficiency in the Windows environment (Microsoft Office, Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server)
  • Networking, Helpdesk
  • For our BO/Back Office team: Good database knowledge: SQL Server / MySQL, Oracle.
  • Bilingual in Portuguese
