Responsibilities
- Assist in updating and maintaining documentation for logical and physical networks, recording all changes made in the environment;
- Support the implementation and maintenance of security policies to prevent physical and logical intrusions, and update antivirus software;
- Support the execution of backup routines;
- Support maintenance of digital communications (email, web, FTP, VPN, VoIP, etc.) and telecommunications;
- Assist in implementing access policies and content control;
- Assist in creating and maintaining network user accounts;
- Install, configure, and test network and workstation communications, continuously monitor performance, and make necessary adjustments;
- Keep the internet/email network and data communication environment in optimal working and operational condition.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree in Information Technology or related field;
- Experience with IT infrastructure or related areas;
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure;
- Experience monitoring telecommunications environments is desirable.
